Superstarproductions was a little indie record label with a Sixties sound in the 90s. An unconventional place where today, instead of music, visual stories are produced in any combination and form.
The sound remained in the studio where theatre and fashion, graphic and sound, Japanese and Western culture, complexity and simplicity, chaos and structures, ancient roots and new context, stories and visions, reality and illusion, art and industry meet and merge.
In the code of the Samurai, any decision must be made between 3 and 5 breaths … Producing by that code forces us to act, go with our instincts and really, truly listen to each other. Like Rock and Roll, it can‘t be over-thought, and if it is, it loses it‘s immediacy and instinct.
